Old Mutual International
has nominated Fong Seng Tee for election to its board of directors and has said he will chair its Asian advisory board, which will be established by the end of this year. 

The new advisory board will provide guidance and advice to support the bank’s growth strategy in Asia, the bank said in an online statement. 

Last year, EFG announced it was to acquire BSI Bank, the Swiss private bank that was last year kicked out of Singapore amid an alleged money laundering scandal involving a Malaysian state-owned development fund.
